City park at Stari grad (Old castle) was thoroughly renovated in 2010. From preserved park maps, from the beginning of 19th century, they concluded that park’s basic feature was not entertainment, but economic needs. From the plans from year 1824 are visible surfaces of the economic garden, meadows and fields. Today, both the mansion and city park have an entirely different function.

City park became a public area, that serves for crossing of citizens, walking and retention of different age groups. It also got lighting – lamps with in low pillars, which have a light directed into the soil, thereby increasing the representativeness of the park. In park are preserved existing trees. They newly planted seven trees, climbers, perennials and hedge. City park at Stari grad kept its historical elements, while it introduces opportunities for the implementation of various programs.
