Rikli path was established during the time Arnold Rikli was active as a healer in Bled. Here he and his patients lived under the principles of his healing (water, air and sun). Part of daily routine was also a morning walk on empty stomach, where they hiked up the hill Straža barefoot.
Rikli path runs from ascent to Straža at Bled fitness promenade (formerly Rikli running trail – easier hiking path in nature,) to a monument of Arnold Rikli, and back. At the top of the hill there is a wonderful view of the lake and its surroundings. Here on Straža are natural energy points.
