(Tele)communications in the Past, at Present, and in the Future!

With the help of technology, the world has become smaller, the distances are shorter, the communication easier and faster. At the exhibition (Tele)communications in the Past, at Present, and in the Future! the development of telecommunications is presented. Visitors can see teleprinters and the first Morse and Hughes telegraphs, the first telephones and manual telephone exchanges. The automatic and digital telephone exchanges can also be tested. A special display presents Iskra phones and the development of mobile telephony. In the last 40 years mobile telephony has experienced a rapid development from the “brick” to today’s smartphones. At the exhibition the 3-D model of the world’s first mobile phone model is on display.
