Golica in Krejda

Place, called Golica in Krejda, shows geological events in the past. We can find it in a corner, that is opposite of the Pasture hut in Logar corner. Golica, which was revealed by a flow, that emerges with torrential rain, named Kotovec (as the locals call the upper flow of the Savinja till it merges with flow Jezera from Matkov corner), shows that the valley floor in its corner is covered with fine grained stones, solidly glued with reddish-brown adhesive, composed from sand and flowstone. The material was covered with ice form a glacier, as shows on loaded layer of glacial moraine. After a withdrawal of glacier, floor was covered by lake. A proof for this is thick layer of clay.
